The apartment building has 24-hour security with CCTV surveillance to ensure a comfortable and secure environment for residents. There is an on-site maintenance and a waste disposal facility too. DEWA supplies water and electricity while Empower is the district cooling supplier of the apartment building.

METRO STATIONS NEAR BLUEWATERS RESIDENCES BUILDING 3: The nearest metro stations are accessible in a 10-minute drive, these include DAMAC Properties, Ibn Battuta and DMCC Metro Station. TRAM STATIONS NEAR BLUEWATERS RESIDENCES BUILDING 3: Another means of public transportation near Apartment Building 3 is tram service. The closest tram station is JBR Tram Station at only about an 11-minute drive.
