BLVD Heights is a two-tower residential complex in Downtown Dubai. The two towers are called Boulevard Heights Tower 1 and Tower 2. Located alongside Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, opposite Opera District, the development offers stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. Tower 1 and Tower 2 have 53 and 46 floors, respectively.

Parking

Residents get dedicated slots for parking in Boulevard Heights. Street parking is available outside the complex.

Boulevard Heights enjoys a prime location in Downtown Dubai. Major landmarks such as Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are just a short walk. The complex’s central location makes public transportation easily accessible. BUS STATIONS NEAR BLVD HEIGHTS: Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station and Business Bay Metro Station have bus stops. Residents can board buses D03, D03A and F13 from Dubai Mall MS Land Side A, Business Bay Metro Bus Stop Landside is served by buses F14, F19A, F19B, F41, X22, 7 and 91. METRO STATIONS NEAR BLVD HEIGHTS: Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall is the nearest Dubai Metro station, approximately 5 minutes away by car. Business Bay Metro Station is also nearby, approximately 6 minutes away.
