BLVD Heights is a two-tower residential complex in Downtown Dubai. The two towers are called Boulevard Heights Tower 1 and Tower 2. Located alongside Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, opposite Opera District, the development offers stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. Tower 1 and Tower 2 have 53 and 46 floors, respectively.
PARKING
Residents get dedicated slots for parking in Boulevard Heights. Street parking is available outside the complex.

There are multiple high-speed elevators in BLVD Heights Downtown Dubai.

Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall is the nearest Dubai Metro station, approximately 5 minutes away by car. Business Bay Metro Station is also nearby, approximately 6 minutes away.
